Visa works with creators to reach young consumers in Academy Awards campaign

The news: Visa launched a global campaign called “Typewriter,” which debuted during the Academy Awards, per AdWeek. The ad follows a young woman who buys a typewriter from a small business and then imagines all of the possible careers she can embark on with her new purchase.

As part of the campaign, Visa will also work with creators on Instagram and TikTok to highlight their stories on “that one purchase” that was pivotal in their life path.
