Midsize companies bank on new products, services to fuel 2025 growth

Key stat: Over half (53%) of US business leaders at midsize companies identified the introduction of new products/services as their growth strategy through 2025, per a January report from J.P. Morgan.

Beyond the chart:

  • It’s not a new trend: At the end of 2023, the same percentage (53%) of US executives said introducing new products/services was their growth strategy for 2024, according to a January 2024 report from J.P. Morgan.
  • 64.8% of US shoppers learned about new products through reading online reviews and listicles on a brand's official website or app, according to a November 2024 survey from EMARKETER and impact.com.
